Altcase Intelligence is a research and subscription platform operated by Alt-Alpha Broking Pvt Ltd (“Altcase”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000027742). The portal provides access to curated investment strategy research, portfolio insights, and related educational content for subscribed users.

Our mission is to help users make informed decisions through clear, research-backed ideas. Strategy subscriptions available on this portal may include momentum baskets, swing trading insights, and other research products as listed from time to time.

Alt-Alpha Broking Pvt Ltd (SEBI RA INH000027742) is the controller of the Altcase Intelligence portal and the services made available through it. These services are accessible via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.

• Research only: Alt-Alpha Broking Pvt Ltd is registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000027742). Content on this portal is research and educational material and does not constitute personalised financial, legal, or tax advice.
• User responsibility: All investment decisions are made solely by you, based on your own financial situation, objectives, and advice from qualified professionals.
• Risk disclosure: Investing in securities involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance, back-tested figures, or illustrative returns shown in marketing materials are not guarantees of future results.
• No custody: Altcase does not hold, manage, or execute trades on your behalf. Your capital remains in your own broking and demat accounts.

By accessing, registering for, or using the Altcase Intelligence portal (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this portal. Material changes may also be communicated through the portal or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Additional terms may apply to specific subscriptions, promotions, or features. Where there is a conflict, the terms specific to that offering will prevail for that offering only.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you do not meet these requirements or have violated these Terms.

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not prohibited by applicable law from using the Services.
• Information you provide during registration and checkout is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

To use certain features, you must create an account and complete verification steps such as mobile OTP authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Unless otherwise permitted in writing, each user may maintain only one account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach.

Some subscriptions may include access to third-party channels or tools (for example, private Telegram groups). Use of those channels is subject to their respective platform rules in addition to these Terms.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or revoke access until the issue is resolved. For billing disputes, contact support@altcase.com within a reasonable time after the transaction.

• Subscription plans, pricing, billing frequency, and included features are displayed at checkout and in your account.
• Payments are processed through authorised payment partners. By completing a transaction, you authorise us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method.
• Access to paid research content begins after successful payment confirmation, subject to any verification or provisioning steps described during checkout.
• Fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a specific offer.

• Use the portal only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Do not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly share subscription content without our prior written consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security or operation of the portal.
• Do not use the Services in any unlawful manner or in a way that harms Altcase, other users, or third parties.

All content on this portal — including research, basket compositions, logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by Altcase or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access subscription content ends, except for provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altcase and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment outcomes arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
